Town of Dryden Democrats
Joseph Wilson, Chair

This November’s election clean sweep is a testament to the character and competence of our candidates and the hard, GOTV work of our members and supporters. Congratulations to Jason Leifer, re-elected Town Supervisor; Dan Lamb and Leonardo Vargas-Mendez, re-elected as Town Councilpersons; Dan Wakeman, District 10 County Legislator-elect, and Greg Mezey, re-elected District 11 County Legislator. Each candidate won by a large margin.

Special Thanks to the many Dryden Democrats and friends who persisted through the multiple iterations of petitioning, door-knocking, mailing, letter-writing, media-posting and phone calling that was required to bring our residents out to vote for our candidate. The turnout for our candidates was greater this election cycle than in other similar cycles. This is additional evidence that we worked hard for our hard-working problem-solvers. We will celebrate the fruits of our labor at the December monthly meeting.

We are in the process of reorganizing our Committee and bringing on new recruits for the next two year Committee term. We are already planning for the Village of Dryden election which occurs next March.

The Town of Dryden Democratic Committee meets the second Monday of the month at 7:30pm. For more information contact Joseph Wilson
