The Village of Dryden will perform upgrades to both its water and sewer infrastructure as the first phase in having several hundred workforce apartments (Ezra Village) built in Tompkins County. The water improvements include extending water main lines and the sewer infrastructure upgrades include replacing several thousand feet of pipeline.

The Village of Dryden will assist in the renovation of 1 W. Main Street, one of the downtown’s oldest and most prominent buildings. The project will renovate 6 existing upper floor apartments, create one new apartment, and restore the exterior. The poorly altered historic facades will be restored and the badly designed front addition will be redesigned to integrate it with the historic character of the downtown.
